主要从事陶瓷纳米纤维材料合成、纤维化学及纤维基电子储能器件的基础与应用研究。开发了静电气喷纺工艺,解决了氧化物陶瓷纳米纤维脆性大韧性低的问题,制备了一系列柔韧氧化物陶瓷纳米纤维薄膜和气凝胶新材料;发明了陶瓷纳米纤维拓扑插层化学新方法,强化缺陷介导化学反应形成了高活性纳米纤维反应器,实现了室温下陶瓷纳米纤维的高效离子和电子传导;开发了功能陶瓷纳米纤维的连续化加工设备,解决了材料批量制备的关键难题,实现了其在防火隔热、固态电池、传感驱动中的产业应用。承担国家自然科学基金委优秀青年科学基金、国家重点研发计划课题、国防科工局课题等项目10余项;入选国家基金委交叉科学部首届优青(2021)、国家青年托举人才(2018)、上海市千人计划(2018)、上海市青年科技启明星(2020)、新疆维吾尔自治区天池特聘计划等人才项目7项;获中国发明创业人物奖(2023)、协会发明创业奖成果奖二等奖(1/5,2022)、中国产学研协会产学研合作创新奖(1/1,2022)、中国新锐科技人物突出成就奖(2020)。
